The City of Douglasville is requesting competitive sealed Proposals for Construction Management At-Risk Services for the City Hall Building. The City of Douglasville desires to construct a new city hall building that highlights the City¿s growth, innovation, and cultural arts while referencing its history. It shall provide a safe, service-orientated, and functional space for both staff and citizens.
