Project Description: This project provides for:
Terminal 1 renovation of the West Mezzanine area of the Main Mall. Work consists of selective demolition, plumbing removal, hazardous material abatement, curtainwall removal and replacement, new restrooms, plumbing and electrical, new wayfinding signs and associated electrical work, creation of office spaces, and employee break room with dining and lounge space, removal of existing air handling unit and installation of new, stair removal and structural infill, aluminum storefront systems, and new finishes and furnishings. Work will be completed in phases and will also require coordination with food and beverage tenants.
