Knoll Drive Recuperative Care Facility Third & Fourth Floors

Project Description: Conversion of 19,306 square feet of existing office space on the third and fourth floors of an existing 4-story concrete-framed building for use as a recuperative care facility to provide short term housing (50 beds) during recovery periods. The project includes construction of retaining walls to support new ADA parking stalls and a new access ramp to the third floor from the northern parking lot. The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, earthwork, new retaining walls, AC paving, reinforced concrete ADA ramp and support columns, new exhaust fan, ductwork, air distribution and controls, new office and clinical spaces, casework, bedrooms, ADA restrooms, and a new sanitary sewer connection to the existing sewer lateral.
