The contract number is: 36C25020P1245. Total contract Value: $231,146.52 combined for the entire period of performance (Base + 4 Option Years).

I have a question for you. Is the 70,000 LBS this is monthly or yearly?
The estimates in the price cost schedule are the YEARLY Estimates for the requirement.

0001 this one is for a flat rate per month?
No, 0001, and 0002 and subsequent option years (1001, 1002, 2001, 2002, 3001, 3002, 4001, 4002), are NSP items (NOT Separately Priced) and should not be priced in the price-cost schedule excel document. This is why you cannot price them in the excel document as the field(s) are password protected.

Is it possible to schedule a site visit at the Dayton VA Campus to assess the requirement?
A site visit has been scheduled for the following date.
SITE VISITS: It is strongly suggested and expected that the offeror inspect the campuses to be serviced to fully understand the nature of the work and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. In no case shall failure to inspect the campus constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. A site visit is not a requirement to offer a quote. The Government has allocated the following Date/Times for site visits. All prospective quoters shall check in with Police Services to obtain a visitor s badge. All prospective quoters shall follow any health advisories or protocols as directed by VA / CDC guidance. All times below are EST.
