This RFP is taking place to replace the two contracts of 20003888 and 2000389 for conducting compliance audits to

support financial monitoring for NRC IRAP and GAC's CanExport program. NRC IRAP aids small businesses with

innovation services and funding, while CanExport helps Canadian companies expand into international markets with

financial support for export activities.
