The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to install a new, complete fire sprinkler system in the existing UNL building, Chase Hall. This is to include a new fire service and wet system to serve most of the building with a dry system to serve the second-floor mechanical room and attic space. New system to be integrated with existing fire alarm system. The building will be occupied during the entire project. Coordinate with the owner for scheduling of access.
