Description
The University of Alberta Bookstore is a hub for students, faculty, and staff, providing essential academic resources, a variety of products that support the campus life and most importantly the Official supplier of University Merchandise. We are committed to enhancing the overall store experience to better serve our community and reflect the dynamic spirit of our university.
As part of our ongoing efforts to innovate and improve, we are seeking a visionary company to lead the transformation of our campus stores. This initiative aims to create a cohesive and engaging brand identity for the store and to design inviting, functional, and interactive retail spaces. The goal is to ensure that the store not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our diverse customer base, fostering a sense of pride and belonging among all who visit while preparing the store for the ever changing retail landscape. We are also looking to grow our custom order business that caters to the diverse needs of our campus community. This initiative aims to provide a seamless and efficient process for students, faculty, departments, and staff to order personalized or bulk products such as university-branded merchandise, customized apparel, and other specialized items.
This project will be a key component of our strategic plan to elevate and extend the bookstore's role on campus, making it a destination that enhances the University of Alberta experience. We invite proposals from companies with a proven track record in retail design, branding, and marketing, who can bring creative solutions and fresh perspectives to this exciting project.
