JMP SAS PRO Software Licenses

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Natick Division in support of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM-SC) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Executive Information Systems, LLC located at 6903 Rockledge Drive Suite 760, PO Box 34076, Bethesda, Maryland 20827-0076, under the authority as prescribed in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).

The requirement is for the annual renewal of JMP SAS/JMP PRO Software Licenses. Executive Information Systems LLC is the only known vendor that can provide the required software. Other graphical user interface (GUI) statistical packages are not as comprehensive, lack experimental design capabilities, or require users to have a familiarity with programming. Additionally, access to JMP SAS/JMP Pro is only provided by Executive Information Systems LLC and there are no authorized resellers at this time.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 513210 and the size standard is $47,000,000.00.
