The overall scope of the Walter C. Mackenzie Health Sciences Centre (WMC) Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Expansion, Level 3 SIU Scope, project includes the demolition and renovation of Corridor 3C2.00V, Equipment Room 3C1.28, 1 Patient – ISO 3C2.30, Anteroom 3C2.30Z, Workstations 3C2.31, Bacterial Containment Nursing Unit 3C2.32, and Bacterial Containment Nursing Unit 3C2.33. The demolition and renovation of the described 3C2 space involves constructing two new purpose built SIU with space to accommodate four beds. The overall scope work will add two SIUs with Patient washrooms, anterooms, and exit anterooms containing showers.
