Project Description: Buffalo Public Schools seeks a vendor to provide Talking Dictionaries for our English Language Learner students. The Talking Dictionaries provide an interactive learning experience for students who are new to the English Language. These Talking Dictionaries are intended for use during the instructional day to support students in word pronunciation.
