This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP).
The State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services intends to enter an agreement with NCQA for the Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) . HEDIS metrics are developed, managed, and certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). To utilize HEDIS metrics, DHS must be certified by NCQA, which includes an annual fee based on the number of unique lives included across all of the measures calculated each year.
Because NCQA is the sole proprietor for HEDIS® and CAHPS® accrediting entity, this has been deemed a single source purchase.
