Request for Proposals for SAP Technical Assistance and Application Management Services

The New York State Housing Finance Agency requests competitive proposals from certified SAP support provider partners (“Proposers” or AMS Providers”) qualified to deliver AMS Services for each of the SAP applications and modules listed in NYSHCR Original SAP Business Process Flows S4HANA1909 , Business Process by System Type , HCR RISE List and Quantities and SAP Modules and Systems , attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachments 1a , 1b , 1c and 2 , respectively.

This RFP outlines the terms and conditions, and all applicable information required for submission of a proposal. To prevent possible disqualification and to ensure compliance with the requirements of the RFP, Proposers should pay strict attention to the Proposal Submission Deadline indicated in the “Calendar of Events and Milestones” section of this RFP and follow the format and instructions contained in this document.
