Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA), intend to enter into an agreement up to 12 months with REDSAIL TECHNOLOGIES LLC for continued, uninterrupted use of a Pharmacy management system to be renewed REDSAIL TECHNOLOGIES LLC , which includes but not limited to; The renewal of licensing of the Pharmacy management system and interfaces used to support applications.

Information obtained by Redsail Technologies LLC is considered intellectual property due to exclusive ownership rights, titles, patents and trademarks of their products and/or services. The State believes these services are not available through third-party entities deeming this a sole source.
