The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) seeks a vendor to provide a streamlined structured process for the recovery, purchase, and proper handling of used refrigerants to include but not limited to CFC (chlorofluorocarbon),HCFC (hydrochlorofluorocarbon),HFCs, mixed, and contaminated refrigerant in various cylinder sizes from participating facilities, ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental regulations while offering revenue to WMATA.
