Summary

The City of Anaheim, Central Purchasing Office , (hereinafter referred to as City) is requesting competitive bids from qualified vendors (hereinafter referred to as Bidder) for Audio Visual Conference Room Upgrades: Furnish and Install . The awarded Contract, (hereinafter referred to as Contract) will be between the City and awarded Bidder, (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) in accordance with the City Master Agreement Terms & Conditions, conditions and scope of work. This is a fully electronic solicitation – only electronic bids submitted through the City’s online bidding system will be allowed; no other form of bid submittals will be accepted. Prior to submitting a bid, Bidders are advised to carefully read the instructions below, including the City Master Agreement Terms & Conditions and any solicitation attachments and/or exhibits.



Background

The City is committed to improving communication and collaboration across its facilities by upgrading conference room technology. As part of this effort, the City is undertaking a one-time project to update audio-visual equipment in various City-owned and maintained locations.

These services include removing existing equipment and furnishing and installing new audio-visual systems. This may involve items such as screens, cameras, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing tools. Additional services may include setting up the equipment, ensuring everything functions properly, coordinating with City staff, and providing basic guidance on system use. Work may take place at multiple sites and should be completed in a way that minimizes disruption to daily operations.

To support this project, the City is seeking qualified vendors to provide complete audio-visual upgrade services. This includes removal of outdated equipment, installation of new systems, and testing to ensure all components are working properly, resulting in reliable and easy-to-use conference room spaces across City facilities.
