A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit for prospective Bidders will be held at Gerald Gentleman Station, located at 6089 South Highway 25, Sutherland, Nebraska, on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., CDT, for the purpose of reviewing the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the pre-bid meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders attend this meeting. If you plan to participate, email Sarah Hopwood at sjhopwo@nppd.com and Melinda (Mindy) Evans at maevans@nppd.com with the names of those representatives planning to participate in this pre-bid and the company they represent by July 7, 2025.
