NOTICE OF AWARD FOR DELL 5550 LATITUDE LAPTOPS

This action was to support the Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) for the procurement of brand-named Dell Laptops that were competitively solicited and purchased on a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Order under the Army Computer Hardware Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Information Technology Enterprise, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.

CHESS is the Army's primary source for information technology (IT) hardware, software, and services. These licenses were competed amongst the CHESS authorized resellers under one award order. Therefore, satisfying the publicizing of contract action in accordance with AFARS 9-4 and AFARS 5139.101-90 Policy.

Acceptance and inspection are at Government facility. The Government reserves the right to increase quantities per the following clause(s): FAR 52.217-6 Option for increased quantity.
