Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District (SAM) intends to place brand name specifications in new Operation and Maintenance with Incidental Repair and Minor Construction projects at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Joint Base San Antonio, Texas in accordance with FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all information received within 15 days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to include these proposed brand name specifications based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See attached NOIs for the proposed Brand Name Specifications.
