The 513th ERHS Misawa Refuse Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), located in Misawa, Japan, plays a critical and enduring role in supporting the United States’ defense posture throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Misawa has long been recognized as a strategically vital location, and its infrastructure continues to evolve to meet the demands of modern-day readiness, operational excellence, and environmental compliance. The total ordering period will be 25 July 2025 – 24 July 2030. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the PWS.
