Description:

The State University of New York College at Oneonta is seeking qualifications from design firms/teams for the design and construction administration of laboratory renovations in the Perna Science building. The scope of work will include academic space planning, program study, laboratory renovations and modifications, mechanical modifications and upgrades to air conditioning systems, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. The building has been abated and does not contain hazardous materials.
