Preventive Maintenance for Generator & Ancillary Equipment
Description:

The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Cook Chill Production Center, located at 145 Old Orangeburg Road, Orangeburg, NY 10962, are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Generator & Ancillary Equipment at the facility.

The Scope of Work with preventative maintenance tasks, equipment list, schedule matrix, etc. is detailed in Appendix D of the attached draft contract boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the contract boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 11:00am ET. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, July 28, 2025 at 3:00pm ET.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, August 5, 2025 by 3:00pm ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by August 12, 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%.

New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this contract.
