Description
The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking a qualified supplier to support seasonal operations through the management of electrical assets and systems. Responsibilities include the pickup, installation, removal, and return of equipment to a designated facility, timed with seasonal requirements. All work must be performed by licensed professionals and supported with appropriate equipment, vehicles, materials, personal protective gear, and specialized tools. The scope also includes verifying electrical connections for multiple vendor setups and coordinating required inspections. Detailed inspection reports and inventory documentation are expected. Additional services may be requested on an ad hoc basis, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable agreement.
The estimated contract period will be 30 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/10/15.
