The Minnesota Department of Transportation to purchase Asphalt Institute MS-22 manual downloads for MnDOT Bituminous Street Inspector certification course.
Asphalt institute MS-22 manuals directly from the Asphalt Institute as needed for the certification course. The Asphalt Handbook is the Asphalt Institute's comprehensive manual on the use of asphalt. The manuals are the required book for the Bituminous Street Inspector course and there are no other distributors of the manual. Minnesota State instructors are certified as trainers of this course and MnDOT has an existing contract with Minnesota State for the certification training.
