Synopsis:

|
The work will involve lifting the house off its existing foundation, removal & replacement (in kind) of the two built-up beams supporting the structure, replacement of the roof system on the mansard and lower roof sections, various repairs throughout and exterior painting.
A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on July 16, 2025. Attendance is MANDATORY, and all contractors are to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit as scheduled above, please email
