Town of Brighton Fiber-to-the-Premises Network Design and Construction RFPQ

Project Description: The Town of Brighton (the "Town") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from specialized
telecommunications contractors to identify and prequalify them to perform the design and construction of
a complete fiber optic network (Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP)) to serve approximately 558 residential and
commercial premises throughout the Town. This Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) is a prequalification
process.
After the identification and prequalification period, and the establishment of the approved vendor
list, the Town will issue Request for Proposals (RFP) within two weeks. Only contractors on the
approved vendor list will be eligible to submit proposals for the full project scope, which will
include detailed scope of work, sealed Technical and Price Proposals, and evaluation of cost and
qualifications.
