Description

OFFICE & LIGHT INDUSTRIAL SPACE - General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease 5,891 minimum square feet (ABOA) to 6,855 maximum square feet (ABOA) of Office and Light Industrial space. Within the TOTAL space, GSA requires 2,000 ABOA of space to be designated as warehouse space, with the remaining square footage to be allocated for Office and Related use. The office and warehouse spaces should be located within the same building or immediately adjacent to each other.



PARKING - GSA requires 12 secure surface parking spaces specifically for trucks, boats, and trailers. The parking area should be large enough to accommodate easy turning and maneuvering, ensuring that vehicles such as trucks pulling trailers loaded with boats can navigate safely. The parking should be located on site or immediately adjacent to the building.



TERM - The full term shall be for 10 years, with a 5-years firm term.
