UNIT PRICE ACCESS CONTROL AND ALARMS

General: The following changes, additions and clarifications have been made to the original Bid
Documents for the above referenced project and shall be incorporated into the Bidder's response.
All project documents provided with, and referenced in, the District's Bid No. 11-25/26, including
contract documents and specifications (collectively, the "Bid Documents") shall remain
unchanged with the exception of those elements revised, added, deleted, or clarified by this
Addendum. In case of conflict between the Bid Documents and this Addendum, this Addendum
shall govern and shall supersede any term in the Bid Documents that contradicts or otherwise
clashes with this Addendum.
All Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum Number One on the Bid Form and
failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification.
REVISION TO BID DUE DATE AND TIME:
A second Pre-Bid Conference is will be held on Thursday April 16th, 2026 at 1:00 pm. The second
Pre-Bid Conference will begin at Elsinore High School (21800 Canyon Dr, Wildomar, CA 92595)
and then continue to Lakeland Village School (18730 Grand Ave, Lake Elsinore, CA 92530).
Attendance at either Pre-Bid Conference will satisfy the mandatory attendance requirements.
REVISION TO BID DUE DATE AND TIME:
Request for Information (RFI) Due Date has been extended to Tuesday April 21st, 2026 at 10:00
am.
