The Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) intends to enter into a one-year agreement for annual maintenance and support with Wausau for their receipt processing system and hardware. These machines and the accompanying software are proprietary and are customized to provide specialty receipts for the DHS Financial Operations Division Receipt Center.
DHS has determined that Wausau Financial is the only company that can provide the proprietary software maintenance and support for these machines.
