Synopsis:

The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation invites prospective proponents to provide submissions for the provision of Prime Consultant and Design Services for the renovation of 47 housing units in Westview located at the corner of 33rd Street West and Avenue W North in Saskatoon SK as further described in the attached documents.
The Scope of the project will include overseeing the redevelopment of 47 housing units,
providing professional pre-design and design, tender and procurement, construction and post
construction consulting services throughout the duration of the contract. In addition, the successful proponent will also be required to complete an energy audit pre and post construction.
Proposals and questions regarding the RFP must be delivered as described in the attached document noting all deadlines for submissions of proposals and questions.
