Synopsis:

Purpose of this RFP is for Regina Catholic School Division ("RCSD") to invite qualified Construction Managers to submit proposals to provide Construction Management Services for four portable classrooms stacked to create two-stories and a link to the existing school at Michael A. Riffel Catholic High School located at 5757 Rochdale Boulevard, Regina, Saskatchewan. The successful Proponent will enter into a CCDC 5B-2010 Construction Management Contract for Services and Construction, amended by RCSD Supplementary Conditions.
