The Technical College System of Georgia is accepting sealed bids on behalf of Coastal Pines Technical College (CPTC) for ADA Restroom Updates for Building 1100 project at their Main campus location in strict conformity with the project plans, bidding documents and contract documents associated with this project.

Mandatory Prebid Conference
Coastal Pines Technical College will be hosting an onsite Mandatory Prebid Conference and Site Visit at their Coastal Pines Campus on Wednesday April 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. EST to discuss the scope of work associated with this project. The meeting will be held at 1701 Carswell Ave Waycross GA. 31503 Room # 1211. Review the Mandatory Prebid Conference document attached to the GPR Bid Notice for more details.
