Notice- Invitation for Bids- Roof replacement
The Town of North Andover is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the removal of
existing roofing and installation of new roofing systems at the Sargent & Thomson Elementary
Schools. Qualified contractors are requested to submit bids to the Assistant Town
Manager/Director of Operations in accordance with the instructions contained within the Invitation
for Bids (IFB). DCAMM certification required.
A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled for July 1, 2026 at 10:00AM at the Thomson School,
266 Waverly Road followed by a site visit to the Sargent School, 300 Abbott Street. The
complete IFB will be available on June 24, 2026 at
bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/northandoverma. All proposals must be received by 2:00PM
on July 13, 2026 to be considered.
DCAMM Certification for "Roofing" category of work is required.
