OVERVIEW: Golden Valley Electric Association, Inc. (GVEA) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) requesting proposals from qualified attorneys or firms to provide outsourced general counsel legal services. It is the intention of GVEA through this solicitation to contract with a general counsel who will serve GVEA, its Board of Directors, and senior staff in various capacities by providing legal advice, drafting or reviewing legal documents, and assisting with risk management of the organization.
