An intent to sole source, 36C26125Q0209, to Charter Communications Operating LLC., was posted to Contract Opportunities (SAM.gov) for this procurement on January 13, 2025; received no responses. Charter Communications Operating LLC., (Spectrum) is the exclusive manufacturer, seller, and distributor of Spectrum Business TV products. It is the sole company capable of delivering and performing Spectrum television services, which contain proprietary equipment and network services. There are no resellers or dealers that are authorized to represent, distribute, or support Spectrum Business TV Premier. Based on this, the VA Rule of Two cannot be met.
Only Charter Communications Operating LLC., (Spectrum) has the capabilities and authorization necessary to provide Spectrum Business TV Premier services. There are no other entities authorized to fulfill this requirement, and therefore, must be sole sourced to Charter Communications Operating LLC.
