Specifically, the work will include mobilization, traffic control, sediment and erosion control, excavation, control of water, removal of the existing culvert, installation of new precast culvert & wingwalls, full depth roadway reconstruction, asphalt paving, pavement markings, guardrail, restoration and related roadway and channel work in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
