RFQ for Professional Engineering Services for Flow Monitoring and Sewer Model Recalibration

Given the passage of time and potential changes in system performance, land use, and infiltration/inflow characteristics, the Board seeks to update the flow monitoring data and re-calibrate the sewer model to reflect current conditions. This effort will also include a comparative analysis of historical and current flow data to identify trends and inform future planning. The re-calibrated model will then be used to assess available sewer capacity as future infiltration and inflow projects are completed, and new connections are made to the collection system. The selected firm will also have a 5-year contract to evaluate all activities needing flow credits as required.
