Project Description: The City is soliciting bids from qualified licensed General Contractors (“Contractors”) who are interested in providing professional construction services for renovation of the Renaissance Center Cashier’s Office Improvement Project, located at 435 N Macomb Street, Tallahassee, FL. The City will be selecting one contractor to renovate the building space. Work shall consist of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the job as specified.
