The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) intends to enter into an agreement with Equip Mechanical, for up to 12 months to provide maintenance and repairs to the MDH Lab buildings De-Ionized Water System.
This is deemed a single source purchase because maintenance and repair to the MDH Lab's proprietary De-Ionized Water System is solely supported by Equip Mechanical due to specific design and operating knowledge held by this vendor.
