Ontario County Access Management Plan

On behalf of Ontario County, the Genesee Transportation Council (GTC) seeks proposals for consulting services to conduct the Ontario County Access Management, Complete Streets, and Resiliency Project. The purpose of this project is to assess the need for improvements to how access to county roads is managed within Ontario County, New York. The project will provide a framework for enhancing the safety and quality of the county roadway environments by improving how access management is addressed in county planning and engineering processes, to develop a complete street policy for County Roads appropriate to their locale, and thus improve resiliency in the operation of the County Road network.
