CASE 25-G-0514 - In the Matter of a Comprehensive Management and Operations Audit of National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation.

The New York Public Service Commission is seeking independent consulting firms to perform a comprehensive management and operations audit of National Fuel Gas Distribution Company. I have attached the Request for Proposal and accompanying Public Service Commission Order for your consideration. Consulting firms interested in bidding on this project should email MOA@dps.ny.gov to indicate their interest and reference Case 25-G-0514.

A bidders conference will be held at 1:00 pm Eastern Time on October 8 ^th , 2025. All potential bidders are invited to contact the Department at MOA@dps.ny.gov by 12:00 pm on October 8 ^th , 2025 to receive the login information for the virtual meeting. This call will discuss the logistics of the project, proposal review process, and allow potential bidders to ask the Department questions.
