Description:
The New York Public Service Commission is seeking independent consulting firms to perform a focused operations audit of Liberty Utilities (New York Water) Corporation and Liberty Utilities (St. Lawrence Gas) Corp. I have attached the Request for Proposal and accompanying Public Service Commission Order for your consideration. Consulting firms interested in bidding on this project should email MOA@dps.ny.gov to indicate their interest and reference Case 25-M-0515. A bidders conference will be held at 1:00 pm Eastern Time on October 8 th , 2025. All potential bidders are invited to contact the Department at MOA@dps.ny.gov by 12:00 pm on October 8 th , 2025 to receive the login information for the virtual meeting. This call will discuss the logistics of the project, proposal review process, and allow potential bidders to ask the Department questions.
Details on proposal submission can be found in the RFPs in Section 4.3.
