Airport Architectural and Engineering Consulting Firms

The County of Orange, New York (“ County ”) seeks to engage a qualified airport architectural and/or engineering (“ A/E ”) consultant for A/E services for the airport development projects identified in this Request for Qualifications (“ RFQ ”). It is the intent of the County that such consultant(s), if awarded a contract, shall maximize the safe and efficient use and development of the Orange County Airport, 500 Dunn Road, Montgomery, New York 12549 (“ Airport ”) in accordance with the 2025 Airport Master Plan Update.

The County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (defined below) from interested and qualified A/E consulting firms who wish to be considered for the Anticipated Projects (defined below) listed herein (“ Offerors ”). The County expects that the projects identified in this RFQ will be funded, in whole or in part, by Federal Aviation Administration (“ FAA ”) grants, as part of the Airport Improvement Program (“ AIP ”). The projects shall be performed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circulars and in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, laws, regulations, rules, requirements, guidelines. The FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E Change 1 dated September 25, 2015 (“ Circular ”), is the basis for this RFQ.
