| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
Transportation and Parking have identified various surface lots and parking decks that are in need of repairs. For the repairs to the surface lots, three surface types were identified: asphalt, brick pavers, and concrete. In regard to the parking decks, the following components were identified for repair: structural, waterproofing, operational, aesthetics, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection. The purpose of this project is to examine the feasibility and design of the upcoming parking repair projects. Parking repairs include: 29 - Surface parking lots 10 - Parking decks Current project authority is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
