Authorize callers place orders for supples or services predetermined though the BPA.
The requirement is for periodic equipment testing of 5, 20, and 150 lb. Halon/Novec fire extinguishers at Dover Air Force Base (DAFB). See attachment 1, technical order (TO) 13F4-4-121.PD for specifications on 150 lb. units. The contractor shall perform recurring and ad hoc fire extinguisher services for the 736 AMXS to ensure operational safety and regulatory compliance, maintaining fire suppression systems in proper working order throughout the duration of the agreement. These services will be acquired through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide a streamlined and efficient method for obtaining recurring fire extinguisher testing services on an as-needed basis. The period of performance for this BPA is estimated from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2030.
