Heritage High School Theater Renovation

It is the intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for Blount County, TN Government, on behalf of Blount County Board of Education (Blount County Schools), to procure a contract for the renovation of Heritage High School (HHS) Theater as outlined in the documents of this bid invitation.

There will be a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting at 10:30 am EST on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at Heritage High School, 3741 E. Lamar Alexander Parkway, Maryville, TN 37804 with a site walk-through to follow. Attendees to check-in at the School's Main Office.

Bid documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. Vendors are encouraged to register with Blount County and submit their response through the online bidding system at this same link. Manual (hard copy) bids are an optional method of response and must be submitted no later than the response deadline to Blount County Courthouse, Blount County Purchasing Room 319, 385 Court St., Maryville, TN 37804-5906. The hard copy bid form is located just after the bid information under the header "BID DOCUMENTS" labeled "BID INVITATION." These hard copy submissions must also include ALL documentation requested in the online system including, but not limited to, all online bid document attachments, response attachments, attributes and line items, and must have the Bid Cover and Contractor Form attached to the OUTSIDE of the sealed envelope, with any required license information included.
