Description:

The City is seeking qualified contractors to provide demolition services to remove an existing interior wall that currently separates two adjacent tenant spaces located at 24 Station Plaza North in New Rochelle, New York. One space measures approximately 135 square feet, and the other approximately 480 square feet. The purpose of this work is to combine the two separate spaces into a single, unified retail space within the New Rochelle Train Station. See attached Exhibit C for photos of the spaces.

A Pre-Bid Site Visit Meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.  The meeting will begin at the New Rochelle Train Station located at 24 Station Plaza South, New Rochelle, NY 10801.  The Pre-Bid Walk-through Meeting is not mandatory; however, potential bidders are strongly encouraged to attend.
