New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) invites law firms to submit a proposal for the provision of outside legal counsel services in connection with a complex real estate transaction involving the sublease and assignment of lease documents and related building code compliance and zoning issues described in more detail in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”).
NYCEDC plans to select a consultant on the basis of factors stated in the RFP which include, but are not limited to: the quality of the proposal, experience of key staff identified in the proposal negotiating and drafting real estate leases, subleases, subordination agreements and other commercial real estate contracts with public or quasi-public organizations and/or municipal or other governmental entities, and the proposed fee.
