ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Francis Howell R-III School District, Missouri will receive sealed bids at District Office, 801 Corporate Centre Drive, O'Fallon, MO, 63368 for furnishing all new materials and labor for the following projects: Wrestling Room Addition to Francis Howell High School. The work includes, but is not limited to the following, all per the drawings and specifications: New CMU, ICC 500 storm shelter addition, building and site utility tie-ins, and associated site improvements. Bids for all work will be received until 1:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, December 17th, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. Auditorium Renovations to Francis Howell High School & Francis Howell Central High School. The work includes, but is not limited to the following, all per the drawings and specifications: Interior renovations of auditorium, stage, and ancillary support spaces at both high schools including: structural modifications/repairs, MEP systems upgrades, and Theatrical systems upgrades. Bids for all work will be received until 3:00 p.m., local time, on Tuesday, December 17th, at which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud.
