Kollar Pond Improvements

The Village of Streamwood is seeking bids for park Improvements at 555 E. Irving Park Rd. Streamwood, IL.  The project is Kollar Pond Improvements. Bids are due no later than 3:00 P.M. on September 22, 2026, at 565 S. Bartlett Road, Streamwood, IL  60107.

All bidders must comply with all applicable Illinois laws including the requiring payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor including Equal Employment Opportunities Laws.

The scope includes demolition, detention, concrete sidewalk, apron and curbs, expansion and deepening of existing pond, utilities, restoration, pedestrian paths, decks, foundations, boulder walls, lighting and landscaping and other related and incidental work.

Bid Documents for a Stipulated Price contract may be obtained from BHFX Digital Imaging’s PLAN ROOM; https://www.bhfxplanroom.com/ on the 8th day of September 2026 after 1:00 p.m. local time. Proposals will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 90 days after submission. The Village of Streamwood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
