The Work consists of Providing a complete Dry-pit Submersible Sewage Pumping Station including new building, piping and valves, mechanical, and electrical equipment, and site work; providing Control Systems including new PLC and existing Henrico SCADA system improvements; providing a new 1,000 gallon above ground fuel tank; providing pile foundations; providing traffic control and pavement restoration; providing testing, remediation, and disposal of contaminated soils, water, and other materials to be removed from the site; and all other appurtenant work as shown and specified in Contract Documents entitled WESTWOOD SEWAGE PUMPING STATION - PROJECT NO. 1001 / 09176, Department of Public Utilities, County of Henrico, Virginia.
